OUR STORY

When we had our first child, we did what most new parents do, we bought everything brand new.
The pram, the travel system, the car seat… all the “best of the best.” It cost a small fortune, but at that moment it felt non negotiable. You want everything perfect for your first baby.​ By the time our second child arrived, we still wanted the same quality, the same safety, the same style, but we didn’t have the same budget. That’s when we turned to the second hand market, hoping to find a preloved version of the prams we loved.

But the experience wasn’t easy.
Listings were unclear.
Photos didn’t show the reality.
Descriptions were vague.
And if something went wrong after buying… you were on your own.

Preloved might be cheaper, but it still isn’t cheap. You’re still spending real money on something important, and trusting a stranger with it didn’t sit right with us. That’s where the idea for Oaks & Cree really began.

We started restoring our own prams, learning how to deep clean them properly, replace parts safely and bring them back to life. Friends and family soon asked us to do the same for theirs. And it became clear there was a real need for preloved prams that came with something marketplaces couldn’t offer....

So we created Oaks & Cree, a small family run business offering premium preloved prams that are professionally cleaned, safety checked and supported after purchase. Because parents shouldn’t have to choose between quality and affordability… or feel alone if a wheel squeaks or a clip breaks a week later.​Inspired by our two boys, we’re building a brand that makes the early years easier, safer and more affordable for families like ours.
